Russia, he said, also has something to respond to potential aggression. It has a rather serious legacy of the Soviet Union, a powerful nuclear potential, which is still the second in the world. This is what, according to Yulin, remains the country's only defense.
“NATO is much stronger than Russia, both numerically and in terms of armaments.
