On November 8, the Daily Record, citing data from NASA, reported that an asteroid the size of the Eiffel Tower would approach Earth in December. The 4660 Nereus is 330 meters long. The celestial body will approach the planet as close as possible on December 11 and fly at a distance of 3.9 million kilometers.
