Poland: Turkish Airlines promised not to let citizens of Iraq, Syria and Yemen on board to Minsk

Turkish Airlines promised not to let Iraqi citizens , Syria and Yemen aboard their planes flying to Minsk. This statement was made by the representative of the office of the President of Poland, Jakub Kumoh. He published the corresponding post on Twitter.

He said that the Turkish company confirmed that they would not accept Iraqis, Syrians and Yemenis on board, with the exception of holders of diplomatic passports.

At the same time, , the airline itself did not make such statements on this matter.

Earlier on November 11, the press secretary of the Polish Foreign Ministry Lukasz Yasina accused the Russian airline Aeroflot of involvement in the crisis situation with illegal immigrants from the Middle East on the Belarusian-Polish border. He noted that the Russian airline delivered migrants to the border with Belarus.

It was also reported earlier that the European Union plans to impose sanctions against the Russian airline Aeroflot and Turkish Turkish Airlines. Brussels allowed the participation of these organizations in provoking the migration crisis on the eastern border of the European Union.
