Russians imprisoned for transferring $ 370 to terrorists

FSB: a military court sentenced a resident of Novosibirsk to 6 years for financing the banned IS Bohodirjon Chukayev, who was accused by the Russian special services of financing the terrorist organization Islamic State (IS) banned in Russia. This was reported to TASS by the FSB department in the Novosibirsk region.

Chukayev was found guilty of facilitating terrorist activities. He was sentenced to six years in prison.

According to the FSB, in 2015, a man transferred money in foreign currency abroad through a bank. In general, he sent the terrorists $ 370, specifies the NGS. Later Chukayev left Russia and was put on the international wanted list. He was detained in March 2021 while crossing the border.
