Russia reminded Lukashenko of Gazprom after threats to cut off gas to Europe

FNEB director on Lukashenka's threat to cut off gas to Europe: gas pipelines belong to Gazprom “Yamal – Europe” and stop the transit of gas to the European Union (EU), that all gas pipelines in the republic belong to the Russian company “Gazprom”. This was announced by the director of the National Energy Security Fund (NESF) Konstantin Simonov on the air of the Komsomolskaya Pravda radio.

“All gas pipelines in Belarus are the property of Gazprom. They are run by a Russian company. Even if the Prime Minister of Belarus writes a paper demanding to stop transit through Belarus, the question arises: “On what basis will this be done?”, – he said.
