Nurmagomedov's brother detained in Moscow could not be sent to Dagestan

REN TV: Detained Usman Nurmagomedov will be sent to a pre-trial detention center in Khimki, Moscow Region a criminal case after the car in which he was sitting knocked down a police officer, they could not send him from Moscow to Dagestan, where the incident took place. This is reported by REN TV.

According to the TV channel, the cousin of the UFC fighter Khabib Nurmagomedov will be sent to a pre-trial detention center in Khimki near Moscow, due to the fact that the order for his delivery under escort to Dagestan was drawn up incorrectly. Together with him, his friend Kamal Idrisov, who, presumably, was driving a car, will be sent to the isolation ward.

Earlier, the Investigative Committee (IC) opened a criminal case against Usman Nurmagomedov under Article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Use of violence, not dangerous to life or health in relation to a representative of the authorities in connection with the performance of his official duties ”). The car in which Nurmagomedov was driving hit a police officer at a checkpoint near the airport in Kaspiysk. The athlete was detained already in Moscow.

A video posted on the Internet shows the driver of a Toyota Camry making his way to the airport in Kaspiysk. Ignoring the police officer's orders to stop, he backed up and drove around him, hitting another police officer with his wing.
