MOSCOW, August 28. /TASS/. The Director of the Federal service for military-technical cooperation (FSMTC) Dmitry Shugaev hopes that the contract negotiations for the supply of Turkey, the Russian s-400 soon it will be possible to expect a positive result. He reported about it in interview to the newspaper “Kommersant”.
