Users of the network complained to Twitter on failures of Facebook and Instagram. Users have noted that problems with the services lasted about an hour, at about 17:30 Moscow time it worked.

7 Aug work Facebook has already been a massive failure. In July because of problems users of the Instagram faced a massive notification about deleting and blocking their accounts.
Instagram was acquired by Facebook in April 2012.
