INTERFAX.RU — One of two Russians killed in road accident in southern Thailand, was assistant to the rector of the Higher school of Economics, head of design and training laboratory “Development of universities” at the Institute of education HSE 31-year-old Dmitry Semyonov reported on the website of the University on Saturday.
