Russia’s envoy to the UN called a good sign of conciliatory statements by U.S. and North Korea

UN 17 Aug. /TASS/. Permanent representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzia considers “a good sign” conciliatory statements made by the United States and North Korea after a series of mutual threats. In an interview with reporters the diplomat noted that Russia urged both sides to refrain from any steps that could aggravate the situation.
