VTSIOM: Russians pay, the economy and sotspolitiki the main problems in the country
Among the urgent problems of Russians are also included as health care, unemployment, problems in education and low pensions, inflation, corruption and housing.
TASS, August 14. The Russians believe that the most important problems for the country as a whole at the moment are associated with low wages and standard of living (24%), the economy (21%) and the ongoing social policy (18%). This is evidenced by the results of a survey of the all-Russia centre of studying of public opinion (VTSIOM), published on Monday on the organization’s website.
“For the third month in a row the first place in the list of problem is the low wages and standard of living overall — in July call them 24% of Russians (against 18% in January and 14% in July 2016). Every fifth (21%) are concerned about the state of the economy (in the early years — 16%). The top 3 problems included social policy: 18% in July (a year ago this share was less than half — 9%)”, — stated in the message.
