MOSCOW, August 11. /TASS/. The head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov became the most quoted blogger in the Russian media in July 2017 among heads of regions of the Russian Federation. Such data was presented on Friday the company “Medialogia”.
Kadyrov leads the ranking by a wide margin — its citation index (CI) made up 523,9. The company notes that the media interest has caused the record of the head of Chechnya about the wedding of Nikolai Baskov and Victoria Lopyreva on his page in Instagram, but also about the willingness of Kadyrov to resign and the rest of my life to protect the al-Aqsa mosque on the Temple mount in Jerusalem, as he wrote in his channel in the Telegram.
Second place in the ranking took the mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin with its 228,6. The greatest interest has caused the record of the mayor on his page “Vkontakte” on the replacement of the Metropolitan bus fleet with electric buses in three years and an appeal to the deputies of the state Duma with an appeal to adopt the bill on tax incentives to citizens who will receive housing under the program of renovation.
Third place in the ranking went to the head of the Crimea Sergey Aksenov, his its made 214,7. Most media interest has caused the record of the head of the region on the introduction of a resort fee on his page in Facebook.
Also in the top five leaders of the rating included the Governor of Krasnodar Krai Veniamin Kondratiev and the Governor of the Ulyanovsk region Sergey Morozov, their CI was 41.6 and 34.5, respectively.
“Medialogia” made a rating of heads of regions who maintain their own blogs on the basis of the citation index. The index is built on the basis of the media system “Medialogia”, including more than 41.8 thousand Russian sources: TV, radio, Newspapers, magazines, news agencies and online media.
