According to the woman, the incident occurred in a five star hotel Kirman Hotels Arycanda De Luxe in Alanya, where she arrived together with his family. On vacation she met other Russians, who were asked to take pictures of them in the interior of the hotel and the tourist has agreed.
During a photo shoot she was approached by the hotel employee and said that only he has the right to shoot on site. She has said that she’s a tourist, not a professional photographer. However, the young man’s assurances, the women were not convinced.

In the end a scuffle ensued, which interfered with the staff and the head of the family, which photographed the woman. As said the tourist, “photographer” grabbed her by the hair and dragged across the lawn.
In the hospital the woman was diagnosed with a head injury. According to the victim, she was hospitalized only after she called an ambulance. She has mentioned that the staff tried to give first aid, and an official apology she never received.
