According to law enforcement agencies, the man was a supporter of the banned terrorist organization “Islamic state”. Haberturk says, the name of the detainee — Renat Bakiyev.
Information that the detainee is a citizen of Russia, confirms the Agency Dogan Haber. The Agency also published a picture of him in his Twitter.
