The police of the Berezovsky city (Kemerovo oblast) asked 77-year-old woman who said that in her house, breaking a window, penetrated unknown and stole a 10-gallon container of homemade wine. On Friday, August 4, reported on the website of the interior Ministry in the region.
The guards detained the suspect, who was 39-year-old friend of the pensioner. The woman repeatedly treated his family recipe with a drink in thanks for the help on the farm. However, to reveal to man the secret of cooking, she refused.
“In retaliation, the attacker waited until the woman goes on business, entered her home and stole wine,” — said the police. During the arrest the suspect was found an empty bottle out of the drink.
In fact the incident, investigators opened a criminal case under part 3 of article 158 of the criminal code (“Theft”). The maximum punishment on it provides till six years of imprisonment.
