According to the Investigative Committee, investigators from all over Russia have accumulated a total of more than 1600 years unused vacation (nearly 600 000 days of rest), according to Mash.
If employees do not take leave in the near future, the UK will have to pay compensation in the amount of 1.8 billion rubles. The investigative Committee over the past year and a half has already paid about 400 million rubles of compensation to laid-off employees.
Now the main task of the local departments to grant leave not only long-serving employees, but also those who serve in office less than six months.
