A group of teenagers fled from the territory of the special school for students with deviant (socially dangerous) behavior in the village of Thelma Irkutsk region. About it reports on Tuesday, August 1, main Department of the MIA in the region.
Unauthorized care 21 minors, the police said on July 31. It is noted that the special schools ran away the Teens aged 12 to 17 years, most of them previously lived in the cities of Angarsk, Irkutsk, Cheremkhovo and Bratsk.
To search for created 25 groups were surveyed relatives and friends of the departed. In the end, 15 of the Teens were discovered on the territory of Thelma and the town of Usolye-Sibirskoye, the quest for six continues. “It is established that in the absence of any illegal actions nor against them, nor they committed was not”, — stressed in the interior Ministry.
As noted in the regional Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia, the boys explained that the street was good weather and they wanted to walk. In fact the mass escape began pre-investigation check under the article 293 of the criminal code (“Negligence”).
