The Romanian foreign Ministry explained the refusal of the head of Department to fly via Moscow

CHISINAU, 30 Jul — RIA Novosti. The Minister of foreign Affairs of Romania Teodor Melescanu not staying in Moscow airport for transplantation due to changes in the schedule of “Aeroflot” said RIA Novosti in the press service of the Romanian foreign Ministry.

Earlier, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin said the head of the Romanian foreign Minister wanted transit stop in Moscow, but later, “just in case” chose a different route.

“Due to the fact that the company “Aeroflot” has changed the flight schedule, the Minister could not do the transplant. The mission of the Minister was defined in advance — before Friday, but due to schedule changes transplant failed to commit. This is the reason,” — said the press service of the Ministry.

As explained in Department, the Romanian Minister was on a visit in Kazakhstan.
