The President of Russia Vladimir Putin thanked citizens of Finland for a friendly. He stated this during a press conference with Finnish counterpart Sauli Niinistö on Thursday, July 27, the correspondent “Tapes.ru”.
“I want to thank our hosts for their hospitality and warm welcome of the Finnish citizens, who met us in the course of movement to the hotel for their friendliness and hospitality”, — said the head of state. He noted that the Finns actively welcomed it.
“I can’t wave to everyone, but, using the power of the Finnish media, I want you to send their regards,” said the President, after which he waved to the citizens of Finland.
