Putin took the Main naval parade in St. Petersburg

SAINT PETERSBURG, July 30. /TASS/. Revived the Main naval parade ended in St Petersburg. A solemn event timed to the Navy Day, was held in the presence of the Supreme commander of Russian President Vladimir Putin. Before the parade the head of state on the boat made a tour of the ships lined up on the roads of the Neva, and congratulated the crews on the holiday.

Moored at the Admiralty embankment, the President congratulated the sailors and their families. Sea and air part of the parade took place then in the waters of the Neva in St. Petersburg and the Kronstadt naval RAID (this part was broadcast on the big screens at the Senate square).
