Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived at the Main naval parade to mark Navy Day in St. Petersburg. The Supreme commander made a tour by boat of ships lined up before the parade on the roads of the Neva river at the Admiralty embankment.

During bypass the head of state congratulated the crews of each vessel the Day of the Navy.

In total, the event involved about 50 ships and submarines over the city during the parade will fly over 40 planes and helicopters of naval aviation.
