MOSCOW, July 30. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the Federal law on strengthening liability for causing, inducing, or facilitating suicide. The law amends the criminal code of the Russian Federation and considerably increases sanctions of articles of the criminal code, “providing responsibility for these acts”, said in reference to the law of the State legal Department.
