A resident of suburban Mytischi, applied during the direct line to the President of Russia Vladimir Putin with a request for speedy resettlement of dilapidated houses, provide new housing, says the Ministry of construction in Moscow region.
“Apartment house N19 on the street Seleznev in Mytishchi, where the citizen Karpukhina Tatiana with her daughter, is not officially recognized emergency, but has a high degree of wear,” it says.
As indicated therein, the house was included in the municipal program of resettlement of citizens from dilapidated and emergency housing 2018-2020 and will be demolished in the framework of investment contract signed with ZAO “Stroyteks real estate.” To resettle the residents in planned new building, the construction period which investor is tentatively scheduled for 2019-2020.
“The Builder went to a meeting in a particular issue and decided to allocate a priority of the existing apartment in a house built. Currently, the developer has informed the Ministry of construction complex of the Moscow region’s readiness to transfer in the municipal property a Studio apartment in the finished house-building”, — stated in the message.
The apartment will pass to balance of municipality, after which Karpukhin will be a contract sotsnayma, the signing of which is tentatively scheduled for November of the current year, added in a press release.
