“United Russia” will tell about the country’s development plans until 2030

The head of the Supreme Council of “United Russia” Boris Gryzlov announced that the party will prepare and submit by October a series of reports that describe the country’s development plans until 2030. He told this newspaper “Kommersant”.

The politician pointed out that the priorities of the party while working on the programme would, inter alia, the increase in transfers to the regions, improving the level and quality of life, road construction, and reducing regional income inequality and fiscal capacity. Gryzlov noted that the Federal center may allow you to leave regions half or more of the growth collected on their territories proceeds going to the Federal level of the budgetary system.

All work on the program, three working groups, said Gryzlov. One group is involved in welfare and socio-economic development, the second — foreign policy, the third — the state-political construction.

The results in the form of reports on specific areas working groups of the party are going to introduce in the autumn.

May 30 the President of Russia Vladimir Putin has presented three programs of economic development of Russia until 2025. They developed TSSR, the Ministry of economic development and the Stolypin club. The final strategy is planned for three to five months.

At the end of 2016, Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the Cabinet approve the action plan of the government until 2025, which would ensure the growth of the Russian economy at the level above the world to 2019-2020 years.
