Moscow zoo was included in the list of cultural institutions where you can spend solemn ceremony of marriage registration. About this “Interfax” reported in the city hall on Thursday, July 27.
This order was signed by Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin.
The administration recalled that originally in the list, which appeared in 2006, was listed only by the State Museum of Pushkin (Pushkin Museum), Moscow Museum, and the Museum-estate “Kuskovo” and “Ostankino”.
Then a list added of the Central Museum of the great Patriotic war, Moscow state United Museum-reserve, Moscow state art gallery of Ilya Glazunov, the Museum-reserve “Tsaritsyno”, the Petroff Palace, the Smirnov mansion on Tverskoy Boulevard, and a few institutions.
In may, the Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on constitutional legislation and state construction Elena Mizulina promised to bring to Parliament a bill on the registration of marriage outside the registry office because of reports of a ban in these institutions live musical accompaniment, spreading rose petals and champagne.
