Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on 30 July, the Day of the Navy in St.-Petersburg the Chief of the naval parade. Relevant document published on the portal of legal information.
“In commemoration of the glorious victories of the Navy, made a significant contribution to the defense of the Fatherland, I decree… to Hold July 30, 2017, the Day of the Navy, in the city of St. Petersburg Main military-sea parade”, — stated in the decree.
Putin also decided to entrust the preparation and conduct of the parade on the defense Ministry. In addition, the Ministry of construction, Ministry of transportation, Ministry of communications and the government of St. Petersburg to assist in the event.
Day of the Navy (Navy) Russia will be marked on 30 July the chief of the naval parade in St. Petersburg, as well as a parade of ships in Severomorsk and Vladivostok, Sevastopol, the Baltic sea, and Astrakhan.
