The TFR has completed the investigation against the ex-Governor of Kirov region Nikita Belykh
The investigative Committee of the Russian Federation graduated from the investigative activities against former Governor of the Kirov region Nikita Belykh, the official representative of the TFR Svetlana Petrenko.
“The head Department on investigation of especially important cases of the Investigative Committee of Russia completed the investigation of the criminal case against the former Governor of the Kirov region Nikita Belykh, who is accused of committing two episodes of a crime under part 6 St. 290 criminal code (bribery in especially large size)”, — stated in the message Department.
Law enforcement officers arrested White on 24 June 2016 in one of the Moscow restaurants. The next day, the Basmanny court of Moscow has placed White under arrest.
According to investigators, in 2012-2016 the White in person and through intermediaries received a bribe in especially large size for €600 thousand for the Commission of both legal and illegal actions and inaction in favor of bribe-givers and their controlled companies “Novovyatskiy ski works” and “Forest management company”. He also is accused of patronage and connivance in the implementation of the government of the Kirov region monitoring of investment projects and entrepreneurial activities.
