Medvedev ordered to allocate 2 billion rubles for the program of assistance to mortgage borrowers
This will allow you to continue the implementation of the program and to restructure at least 1.3 thousand mortgage loans for certain categories of borrowers.
MOSCOW, July 27. /TASS/. Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree on the budget allocations aimed at implementing the programme of assistance to certain categories of borrowers under mortgage loans. Relevant document published on the website of the Cabinet.
“The Ministry of construction of Russia from reserve Fund of the government allocated budget appropriations in the amount of 2 billion rubles for the contribution to the authorized capital of JSC “Agency for housing mortgage lending” to implement assistance programs for certain categories of borrowers under mortgage loans (credits) appeared in a difficult financial situation”, — stated in the explanatory note to the document.
It is noted that this decision will allow to continue implementation of the program and to restructure at least 1,3 thousand housing mortgage credits (loans) for certain categories of borrowers.
The document was reviewed and approved at the Cabinet meeting on 20 July 2017.
