Putin signed a law banning draft Dodgers from the army 10 years working in the civil service

The law requires military commissariats to inform the heads of state and municipal authorities about their Dodgers.

MOSCOW, July 26. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a Federal law that prohibits 10 years working in the public and municipal service the citizens who have not passed military service on an appeal without legal grounds. The corresponding document was published on the official portal of legal information.

In 2014, Russia adopted a law on the indefinite ban evaders to work for the government, but later the constitutional court found this provision is not relevant to the fundamental law of the country.

According to a published law, from citizens who evaded military service, had a chance to make a career in the civil service 10 years after the violation from their side of the law “On municipal service in the Russian Federation”.

The law requires military commissariats to inform the heads of state and municipal authorities about their Dodgers. These bodies will be required to report the dismissal of such employees. The law also stipulates the procedure for citizens ‘ participation in the meeting of the draft Board in making appropriate conclusions.
