The Governor of the Ulyanovsk region declared the region a “decade of goodness”
Moscow. July 26. INTERFAX.RU — the Governor of the Ulyanovsk region Sergey Morozov has signed a decree on the implementation of the regional program “Decade of kindness” aimed at the humanization of the social environment in the region.
“Today, the society has accumulated a lot of negativity, and we need to make it so that people have become kinder, more sympathetic, more intimate. We decided in the framework announced by the President of the Decade of childhood to raise a generation of kindness. For yourself in the Ulyanovsk region we have identified this status”, — quotes the press service of the regional government words Morozova.
The main objectives of the project should be the extension of citizens ‘ participation in charitable and voluntary activities, development of projects in the field of spiritual education, support of social initiatives, the promotion of family values.
According to the press service, the work will be carried out in six directions.
“The first raising “Generations of goodness” — is associated with the education of children, the popularization of the ideas of mercy, the implementation of charity and volunteering work of educational institutions. The second is “Welcome to the middle” — includes activities for people with disabilities, religious projects”, — stated in the message.
