The authorities of Moscow region with the help of the Agency for strategic initiatives (ASI) and the Association of producers of cinema and television will promote the suburbs as a set. The corresponding agreement was signed on Wednesday, July 26, the TV channel “360”.
“By positioning Moscow as the set happens, in particular, and the development of tourism in the region. Plus during the shooting process of the film company will provide jobs for the technical staff, extras, and a considerable part of its budget will leave the region”, — said the Minister of investment and innovation region Denis Butsaev.
In his opinion, Moscow oblast could become popular among filmmakers because of its proximity to the capital.
Under the agreement, according to the channel, the parties will also implement joint educational projects and work on a mechanism to support the movie.
On July 17 it became known that in Moscow region there will be three new schools of arts, one in the village Shahovskaya — opens for the new academic year.
