In Russia will create a web portal in the format of social networks, which will present visual and textual information on the elections to the single voting day on September 10. This at a press conference said one of the organizers of the project, a member of the Club of political debates Vladislav Fedorov, reports TASS.
The initiative of the service aggregator belongs to the representatives of youth public associations and experts from the Russian regions. Their goal is to make the election more transparent and competitive, said RIA Novosti.
According to Fyodorov, the social network will fill observers with a special mobile app. “The live text commentary will be available to the average user,” said he.
In particular, the portal will host the map of polling stations, information about the observers and about the violations recorded by them. “All the messages that will be received at this map, we will check these messages should not be a sweeping criticism,” — said Fedorov.
Earlier Tuesday, the Federation Council approved a bill providing for criminal liability for illegal issuance and receive a ballot for another voter and also for the repeated voting.
September 10 in a single day of voting across the country will host more than 5.8 thousand elections and referendums at different levels. Elections will be held only in three regions: Ingushetia, Magadan oblast and Saint-Petersburg.
