LDPR leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky believes that the academic year in Russia should not begin with September 1 and October 1.
“We will insist that the school year was from October 1 to summer to extend at least through September. In September, gorgeous weather”, – the politician said to journalists on Friday.
“Who prevents us to make the school year from October 1? Once it was. And the thought rest is normal, no problems, and our citizens,” said liberal Democrat.
