Residents of the house on Avenue Kola in Murmansk, addressed to the President of Russia Vladimir Putin with an appeal to help in solving the problem with lack of hot water, got it for about 20 minutes. It is reported FlashNord.
One local resident told the Agency that the hot water came in the house on July 20. “About 20 minutes passed, then stopped. Apparently, it is the local authorities forces had [at that time]. I hope Putin help us”, — he said.
Earlier in the week, the inhabitants of the house №6 on the Kola prospect was held out of the window the poster “Putin, help! For a year there is no hot water!”. The authorities and the police asked them to remove the banner. After that, the Prosecutor’s office began checking on the fact of failure to provide public services for a long time.
In early July, residents of suburban Wedge blocked traffic on the Leningrad highway in protest against prolonged shutdown of hot water caused by accumulated private plant debt. The action was attended by from 100 to 150 people. In Moscow the Ministry of housing then promised to solve the problem for a day.
