In the Smolensk region appear before the court the local resident accused of causing death by negligence (article 109 of the criminal code) to his wife. This was reported RIA Novosti the regional Prosecutor’s office.
This article provides punishment till two years of imprisonment.
15 April, during a family gathering, a 33-year resident of Vyazma decided to show the wife what he saw in the circus focus with breathing fire. He took a mouthful of alcohol-containing liquid, put his lighter to his lips and blew on it. The fire got on who was sitting across from his wife.
As a result, the woman suffered burns on 90 percent of the body surface and died three days later in the hospital.
In June 2016 a resident of the city of Donetsk region Konstantinovka accidentally killed her husband on home competition on a throwing of a knife. The woman got a kitchen knife to the man in the leg, hitting an artery. The victim died before the arrival of the ambulance.
