Time magazine is again out with a picture of Putin on the cover
Moscow. July 20. INTERFAX.RU — the New number of the weekly Time magazine 31 July will be released with a portrait of Russian President Vladimir Putin on the cover, reported Thursday in the journal.
In the lower left corner of the cover is given a header “a Secret plan to stop Putin’s plan for elections” and the face of the Russian leader made up of “icons” of user accounts of a network of various shades of gray.
