WASHINGTON, July 21 — RIA Novosti, Alexei Bogdanovsky. Press Secretary of the President of the United States Sean Spicer resigned because of disagreements with President Donald trump on personnel issues, reported the newspaper the New York Times, citing sources.

According to her, Spicer did not agree with the appointment of financier Anthony of Scaramucci Director of White house communications.

According to the newspaper, the President asked Spicer to leave, but he refused, calling the appointment of Scaramucci “big mistake”.

Spicer became the public face of the administration with the arrival of trump to power. He remembered the numerous picks with the press and was constantly the subject of attacks from journalists. From the beginning of June instead of the White house daily briefings on the camera began to conduct mostly closed briefings, most of which was chaired by the Deputy Spicer Sarah Sanders.

Earlier in February, the administration trump left the national security Advisor, Michael Flynn.
