The Russian state Duma on Thursday, July 20, adopted in the third final reading the law that regulates the conduct of citizens of the gardening, horticulture and country farms for their own needs.
Now the number of legal forms of partnerships for management of this economy is reduced to two: non-profit horticultural and gardening non-profit. The minimum number of members of such associations to 7 people.
The law stipulates the rights and obligations of all members of the associations, their membership and grounds for termination of membership. Also installed the principles for the calculation of contributions, their purpose and types.
According to the document, on vegetable plots will not be possible to erect the permanent structures, temporary “garden homes” that are not objects of real estate. The property has shared use of a partnership owned by members of the Association on the right of shared ownership in proportion to the area of their plots, reports “Interfax”.
