The reason was the arrival of the so-called “Storm of the century”, which brought to the city heavy snow. Located at the foot of the Andes, Bariloche is considered one of the most famous tourist centers of the South American country.

Cold weather disrupted the work of the local airport, about 25 thousand people remained without electricity, was fallen trees.
