MOSCOW, July 18. /TASS/. The Kremlin has not commented on the statement about the creation of the Ukraine, but emphasizes the commitment of Moscow to the Minsk agreements on the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine. The journalists said the press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov.
