MOSCOW, July 18. /TASS/. Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Ryabkov explained that the word “almost,” said in response to a question by CNN about the negotiations on the return of Russian departmenti does not mean reaching a decision on this issue. He said this on Tuesday, TASS after talks with senior U.S. Deputy Secretary of state Thomas Shannon.
“Yesterday I shouted CNN correspondent the word “almost”, but you understand that “almost” doesn’t count. Therefore, we will continue to work”, – said the Russian diplomat.
