MOSCOW, July 18. /TASS/. The words of the head of the self-proclaimed Donetsk national Republic (DND) Alexander Zakharchenko on the establishment of the Ukraine – it is his personal initiative. This was stated on Tuesday, press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov.
“Zakharchenko’s statement made this morning on the topic of the Ukraine is his personal initiative, in Moscow found out about it this morning from the media. We remain committed to the Minsk agreements”, – said Peskov told reporters.
On July 18 at a public meeting in Donetsk announced the creation project with the participation of a number of Ukrainian regions for the new state of Ukraine as a legal successor of the Ukraine. At the meeting, by vote, was adopted two documents – a political Declaration and the constitutional act. According to the initiators of the project idea aims to “stop the civil war and to avoid new victims”.
