The DPRK refused to negotiate with the U.S. on nuclear program

North Korea is not going to discuss its nuclear and missile programs as long as the US “will not stop its hostile policy.” This is stated in a statement released by the Central Telegraph Agency of Korea (KCNA), reports RIA Novosti.

“The US should realize the fact that while the United States will not stop its hostile policy against the DPRK, nuclear and missile programme of the DPRK will never be the subject of negotiations and dialogue on the denuclearization of the DPRK will not be possible ever,” according to the statement.

The Agency also emphasizes that “thuggish attempt” the United States to mobilize an entire planet to participate in the campaign against the DPRK will never work in the world.

“The talk about “global actions”, blaming a sovereign state to possess capabilities of self-defense, are the living manifestation of power politics in the style of US President Donald trump intended for the pursuit of US interests through the sacrifice of others. It’s just the last desperate attempt of those who lost his temper, struck by the strategic position of the DPRK,” the report says.

July 4, Russia and China issued a joint initiative of proposing to the DPRK to declare a moratorium on nuclear tests and missile launches, and South Korea and the United States to refrain from conducting large-scale military exercises.

Before this, Pyongyang reported the successful launch of a new Intercontinental ballistic missile “And 14”.

Two weeks earlier it was reported that the United States reserved the right to impose sanctions against Chinese citizens and Chinese companies that allegedly assisted North Korea in nuclear development.
