The Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov said that the dialogue between Moscow and Germany is gradually returning to normal, reports RIA “Novosti”.
“Despite serious challenges, the Russian-German dialogue is gradually returning to normal, although problems remain,” he said.
