In a course quickly-preventive operation “poppy-2017”, the police have established that 50-the summer local resident grows on the plot of drug plants. “According to the women, it has been known that the cultivation of these plants is prohibited, however, she deliberately cultivated their alleged beauty,” — said the Agency.
She seized 416 of poppy bushes, which were sent for examination. Solves a question on excitation of criminal case under article “Illegal cultivation of plants containing narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances or their precursors”.
Earlier in July, near the village of Tsarevo in the Pushkin district of Moscow region, the police found a field of wild-growing hemp. They mowed plants on a plot of 2.5 hectares and burned about 400 marijuana plants.
