The President of the United States Donald trump believes that with a little over five months of being at the helm of the country he was able to do more than any other leader in the history of the United States. This opinion he expressed in an interview with Reuters.
“For five months we have achieved more than almost any President in US history”, he said.
“If you look at Iraq and Syria, you will see the progress we have made in the fight against “Islamic state” (IG, a group banned in Russia), it’s almost complete success,” said trump.
Also, the U.S. President said that the mood in the White house now is fantastic. To their merit, among other things, he attributed the increasing rates of the American stock exchanges as well as the best data on employment and jobs in the US over the last 16 years.
“The white house is still fully functional, despite all the stuff that they come up with the Democrats,” he concluded.
A Republican took the post of the head of state on 20 January, after winning the US presidential election, which he won by 8 November 2016.
