In preparation for the XIX world festival of youth and students (WFMS) started a vote to select a music artist, who will speak at the opening Ceremony in Sochi in October.
Anyone can participate in the survey, in an official community festival in “Vkontakte”. The role of the headliner, the user is prompted to select one of the following artists: Ellie Goulding, Rita Ora, OneRepublic, The Black Eyed Peas. The voting will last till 23:59 on July 17.
“As in the case of discussion formats, we decided to provide the opportunity for young people to define who they would have been more interesting to see as the headliner of the opening ceremony — said “the Tape.ru” the press service WFMS. — The maximum number of content form the participants themselves, this means that the program WFMS 2017 — from the dance floor to a lecture hall — will be the most relevant.”
XIX world festival of youth and will be held in Sochi from 14 to 22 October. It will be attended by 20 thousand young professionals from 150 countries at the age from 18 to 35 years.
For the first time in the history of youth festivals in a Grand celebration will involve the whole country on 14 October in Moscow will host the international carnival parade, and then two thousand foreign participants for three days to visit Russian regions from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok.
