Russia’s Supreme court will continue to analyze the legislation to study the prospects for further decriminalization of the Criminal code, RIA Novosti press-service of the court.
“On Tuesday at the meeting of the court Chairman Vyacheslav Lebedev with the delegation of the Supreme court of the Republic of Cyprus, headed by President Myron Nicolatos the head of the armed forces of the Russian Federation said that the court will continue to analyze legislation in the context of possible further decriminalization of the Criminal code,” — said the representative of the court.
Since the work in this direction is only to talk about specific articles that may be withdrawn from the UK, prematurely, said in court. “It is also premature to talk about the fact that in the autumn, the court will send to the state Duma of the specific proposals for the decriminalization of certain crimes,” — said the representative of the armed forces.
