In the Moscow region until the end of the year will improve the 95 pedestrian areas. This was reported on the website of the regional government on Wednesday, July 12.
“At the present time, has compiled a list of the municipalities in the territory of which in 2017 will be carried out in the framework of the project “Formation of a comfortable urban environment”, and approved a list of 119 targeted objects. It is 95 pedestrian zones, 13 squares, six squares, two dining areas, two stelae and one embankment,” — said the Deputy head of the regional government Dmitry Pestov.
For the project for the current year it is planned to allocate 5.1 billion rubles, the report says.
On 3 July it was reported that in the Moscow region 190 will establish children’s playgrounds in the Governor’s programs. In addition, in the nine municipalities of the Moscow area will have new parks.
