Kyiv, introducing biometric control for all intersecting the state border of the Russians, seeking a similar response from Moscow. This opinion was expressed by TASS Vice-speaker of the state Duma Irina Yarovaya, on Monday, 10 July.

In her opinion, the purpose of Kiev is to cut off the cooperation of Ukrainians with the Russians. The authors of such initiatives can be characterized as “nadomnik” and their ideas “nesvobody, nadoveza, nedobrovo,” said Spring.
The first Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on defense and security Frants Klintsevich, in turn, suggested that Russia will retaliate and will tighten entry regulations for Ukrainians. “This is, in fact, the establishment of a visa regime between our countries, and his “package” does not matter”, — quotes the Senator RIA Novosti.
The politician did not rule out that in the case of the introduction of the response of the Ukrainians working in Russia, will have to ask to leave the country. At the same time they need to explain that “his untimely return home, they are required solely of the current Kiev regime and personally to [President] Petro Poroshenko,” said the Klintsevich.
Before 10 July, the Ukrainian leader announced the introduction of biometrics for all foreigners who cross the state border. Poroshenko stressed that it “will significantly strengthen capabilities to combat terrorism.”
